Our role
When our Founder Mike Lannen bought his home in Barre, Vermont, one of the first places he stopped was Nelson Ace Hardware. After experiencing the outstanding personal customer service not only that time, but every other visit, he knew he wanted to be part of their brand and their website. Eternity developed their new logo, as well as crafted a custom website to show off their products and amazing staff.
We implemented a custom video in the hero as well as a rotating logo slider with all of their top brands. The home page features Google reviews in real time, a section dedicated to the neighborhood pups who visit the store and a shout out for employees' birthdays.
Eternity did a great job on our website. Mike and his crew are very easy to work with and professional. Being less than technologically savvy they were able to explain the steps in such a way that made sense. The system is easy to update and manage. I recommend Eternity very highly.

Branding
Bob Nelson approached Eternity with a desire to incorporate their near 40 years of heritage into their brand. Nelson Ace was founded by Bob's father in 1983 and Bob wanted the logo to speak to that heritage. That is why we chose to craft a custom illustration of their historic building and incorporate that with the national ACE branding.
