We’d also like to thank each and every one of you who supported us this year and that we had the opportunity to work with to help your organizations grow.
Now, pull up a chair, grab your favorite warm beverage and let's take a look at the highlight reel together.
#1 Promoted Sophie Bodnar 🥳
Back in June Sophie Bodnar, previously one of our Digital Marketing Specialists was promoted to Relationship Manager! Her incredible attention to detail and deep desire to connect with clients to make sure we are doing the best for each and every one makes her perfect for this role. Since transitioning to this role she’s already begun making great strides in improving client communications. All the while still managing a handful of Google Ads clients!
We can’t wait to see what she does in the future and we look forward to how this will continue to help us in our never-ending goal to prioritize our relationships with clients and making sure we’re always delivering the best service possible.

A Word from Rob
"Web design is how I express my creativity on a canvas that’s always evolving. It gives me the freedom to experiment with endless tools—colors, layouts, typography, animations, and more. Every project feels like a new opportunity to blend art and functionality, and I love how the possibilities keep growing as the web changes. It’s a space where I can constantly learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to life."

#4 New Logos + Branding Designed 📝
Over the course of 2024, our designers Rob and Kalei designed these five stunning logos that perfectly represent each of our clients' brands. A solid logo and brand kit are essential to building the foundations of a successful website and we’re thrilled to be able to continuously offer such a pivotal role to our clients. We can’t wait to see what Kalei and Rob make next year!
A Word from Kalei
"Logo design is the first crucial step to not only establishing a business’s recognizable symbol, but also creating the foundation for their brand. At Eternity, we ask folks to fill out a discovery sheet which tells up what ideas a client has for their brand. This includes font types, colors, icons and logos they like and dislike. We conduct research on what others are doing in their field and we’ll also talk to Chat GPT for inspiration. Once we collect all of the information, we dive head first into designing. The key to logo exploration is that it is guaranteed there will be bad ideas, but it’s about getting them down which will spark a good idea. We select three diverse logos to present to our clients, in which they will send us feedback. On a rare occasion it’s a home run, with the client falling in love with one logo. Most of the time, there are elements from each we try to Frankenstein together. Whether it’s one round of edits or thirty-five, we want to make sure our clients are in love with their new logo.
The exploration phase is the most satisfying for me. I love pushing and pulling ideas back and forth. When inspiration strikes, I can spend eight hours on Adobe Illustrator picking ADA compliant colors and adjusting lines to be perfect. I also enjoy scouring to see what other designs are trending. There is a bit of fear when I send the logo presentation to my client. What if they don’t like it? What if I didn’t comprehend their vision? But it always ends in collaboration. I know we did a good job when our client shows us a photo of the logo on their new sign and they are obsessed with it."

#5 Client Shout Outs 📣
We had the privilege to work with dozens of new clients in 2024, but below are just a few highlights.
Black Sacred Soul
"Black Sacred Soul is a brand that continues to honor and uplift BIPOC voices, challenge the status quo, and foster an environment that inspires us all to reach for greatness. Black Sacred Soul's brand is a reminder to take time each day to honor the things we hold sacred: movement, creativity, everyday adventures, and the natural world." — Danielle Hazelton, Video Producer
Outright Vermont
"Working with Outright Vermont was especially meaningful in 2024, as they continue to provide crucial support and advocacy for LGBTQIA2S+ youth at a time when these services are more vital than ever. Their unwavering commitment to creating safe, affirming spaces where young people can fully be themselves aligns perfectly with our values of supporting organizations that make real, positive impacts in their communities." — Holly Buttura, SEO Copywriter
Find & Go Seek
"As both a parent and someone who had the pleasure of working with Find and Go Seek as a website client, I’ve seen firsthand just how impactful their platform is. For parents like me, their site is an essential tool for discovering local events, activities, and family-friendly destinations, all in one place. It’s rewarding to have been a part of creating something that not only simplifies the lives of busy families but also brings communities closer together." — Rob Liberty, Senior Designer + Developer

#6 Crew Outings 🎳
In 2024, the Eternity team continued our mission of prioritizing connection within our team by getting together monthly for a combination of digital and in-person team events. Just like we believe it’s important to build relationships with the clients you work with, we also believe that it’s important to strengthen our own team's relationships with one another.
We prioritize events that allow our team to just have fun and hang out as well as doing various events that allow our team to learn to work together in new environments. This year we did some favorites from last year, like another escape room, while adding some new things like bowling plus board games and pizza at our HQ in Burlington. We also did more online events allowing some variation and flexibility, things like Would You Rather, Jeopardy, and even a virtual escape room!
Our team events are chosen from a continuously growing list of things team members suggest and keep us on our toes with new fun things to do. It’s always a fantastic time to get together with everyone and just play together - It builds a strong community and trust among our team and allows us to function that much better when it comes to delivering the best service to our clients.
Be sure to follow along with us on Facebook and Instagram to see all the fun things our crew got up to this year and will do next year!
#7 Eternity Brought Photo and Video Production In House📷
Back in November of 2023, Danielle joined our team as our first in-house Video Producer. Since her arrival on the team it’s been a huge game changer being able to have our own video producer and photographer that we can send out to client locations to capture incredible shots for our clients new websites and socials.
This year, Eternity produced our first TV commercials, brand anthem videos, mini-documentaries, and sizzling social content for reels and posts alike. Danielle and Mike have been busy working away on building out these new processes and packages to be able to offer them to our clients which you can learn more about here and here.
A Word from Danielle
"Over the last year, I’ve had the chance to tell stories of some of the most incredible businesses and non-profits in Vermont. From diamond lapidaries creating custom products for niche industries, to non-profits supporting energy efficiency and sustainability across Vermont–authentic storytelling is at the heart of our approach to video production.
Here at Eternity, we craft content for clients who want to share their message in a genuine and compelling way with their audiences. We meet you where you are at, recommend custom products to suit your content needs, and walk you through the steps to create a final deliverable that your customers can connect with.
Having the opportunity to build out these offerings for Eternity has been the greatest gift. Fitting photo and video production into our team’s thoughtful approach to website development and ad management has been seamless and I can’t wait to see what we do in 2025!"
— Danielle Hazelton, Video Producer
Some of Danielle’s Favorite Projects So Far Include:
- Telling Sham’s Story for Efficiency Vermont, and sharing how rural Vermonters can find the support they need to achieve their sustainability goals with help from their local energy efficiency utility. The 30 second version of this piece was Eternity’s first broadcast TV commercial!
- Capturing the creative mind of Seeko–the founder and designer at Black Sacred Soul–as we featured hoodies, masks, hats, sweatpants, and more during the production of their Brand Anthem video. We skated, biked, jogged, and adventured around downtown Burlington to showcase the every sacred moment we embrace every day. This project was made possible by the SBTAE Grant Program!
- Pouring brews and creating content for local dive Vermont Pub & Brewery has been consistent throughout 2024! We worked with the brewpub to create their Brand Anthem video featuring tasty eats, bubbling brews, and their welcoming environment for all. We’ve also worked with them each month to capture social media content for reels and posts alike!
#8 AI Consulting & AI Bootcamps 🤖
AI is becoming a much more prominent tool in the digital world and companies and individuals alike are incorporating it into their practices and Eternity is no exception. We agree that when used appropriately AI can be an incredibly powerful tool.
Mike has taken it to another level - Taking the time to travel and teach AI Bootcamps to any and all who are interested in learning how they too can use AI to improve their business and help simplify daily tasks they are already doing.
If you’re looking for an engaging speaker for your next event, check out Mike’s speaking engagements at eternitymarketing.com/public-speaking.
#9 Mike Took Eternity on the Road 🚗
Like we mentioned in #8, Eternity now offers AI Consulting and AI Bootcamps, hosted by Mike and this year he took Eternity on the Road teaching about AI. Mike attended and spoke at over 15 conferences and workshops this year including NEIRA, NSAA, Ski Vermont, Ski NH, Ski NY, Bolton Valley, Trapp Family Lodge, VT Chamber, VLA, VSFA and many more.
While that did mean Mike was away a lot this year from the central operations of things he always kept in touch but most importantly this highlights two very important traits about Eternity. The first is that we highly encourage team members to dive into the things that interest them and can further what we do here at Eternity and our Founder is no exception to that.
Secondly it shows how well crafted the team is that our Founder is able to go and do big trips like this - teaching other business owners while also bringing in new clients and knowing that the rest of the team is more than capable of holding down the fort and continuing to deliver quality websites and support to all our clients.
#10 Eternity’s Anniversary! 💐
While it’s a little early to celebrate we’re also very excited that Eternity’s Anniversary is right around the corner! That’s right Eternity is turning 25 in 2025! So keep an eye out for our upcoming blog post where we cover what it's been like being in the marketing industry for 25 years and how our company went from a humble one man show run out of a dorm room to the incredible 12 person crew we are today.
That’s a Wrap! 🚀
Thank you so much for joining us on our journey so far! We are continuously grateful for all the trust our clients have put in us, we couldn’t have done it without you. We’re so excited to see what the future holds.
