#1 - Promoted Sophie Bodnar 🎉

Back in December, Sophie Bodnar transitioned from her role as Relationship Manager into a new position as Business Development Manager.

Sophie has always had a strong instinct for connection. As Relationship Manager, she built trust, improved communication, and made sure our clients felt seen and supported. That same attention to detail and people-first mindset now fuels her work in business development, where she’s focused on identifying the right opportunities, strengthening partnerships, and helping the right organizations find their way to Eternity.

We’re excited to see Sophie grow into this role and shape how we build relationships moving forward. Her work directly supports our ongoing commitment to thoughtful growth, strong partnerships, and delivering work we’re genuinely proud of.

#2 - Best Website Developer for the 6th Year 🏆

Eternity has been named Vermont’s Best Website Developer by Vermont Business Magazine’s Best of Business Awards — for the 6th year running.

Six years doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of a smart, relentless team that cares deeply about the work, the people we serve, and the impact good digital experiences can have. I couldn’t be prouder of this crew.

And to our clients, partners, and community — thank you for showing up, voting, and trusting us year after year. Your support keeps us pushing forward, raising the bar, and doing work that actually matters.

#3 - 15 Websites Launched 🚀

We’re incredibly proud to say that Eternity launched 15 websites this year! Each website is meticulously crafted by one of our website pods to perfectly fit the visions and goals of each client. Every website launch is a story of collaboration, innovation, and a shared journey with our clients towards digital excellence. Below are just a few highlights of our launches this year.

#4 - New Logos + Branding Designed

Over the course of 2025, our designers Rob and Kalei designed these stunning logos that perfectly represent each of our clients' brands. A solid logo and brand kit are essential to building the foundations of a successful website and we’re thrilled to be able to continuously offer such a pivotal role to our clients. We can’t wait to see what Kalei and Rob make next year!

A Word from Kalei

"Limelite Restoration
Limelite’s logo is what we like to call a “facelift”. Taking their existing logo and applying best practices to clean it up and update where needed. I love sending client’s the final brand guide because it’s where they get to see the potential of their existing fonts and color palette in a fresh way, especially with brand application.

Allied Building Digital Brochure
I reorganized Allied’s copy and photos from their existing Land Management brochure resulting in a digestible document that Jon is proud to send to clients. His refreshed website is ultra modern so we wanted to keep the brand consistent and do something really sleek with this piece.

Londonderry Digital Brochure
As a graphic designer, nothing makes me more excited than when a client has phenomenal photos. So when Londonderry asked for this brochure, I was thrilled! Our goal for this digital brochure was to introduce the team, provide information about their process, highlight the diverse builds and showcase testimonials from satisfied customers. I made sure to include a QR code and hyperlinks to drive traffic to their website, especially to view the full portfolio of these stunning homes." - Kalei Harris, Web Designer & Developer

#5 - Client Shout Outs 📢

We had the privilege to work with dozens of new clients in 2025, but below are just a few highlights.

Sugarman of Vermont

"Working with Sugarman of Vermont on their website redesign was a real treat. They partner with Vermont sugarhouses to bring maple syrup to a wider audience, helping preserve and support a craft that’s deeply rooted in Vermont. Their Hardwick facility is truly next level. The care they’ve put into their machinery and production system—especially their ability to maintain consistent temperatures from production through storage—results in a level of quality you don’t see everywhere.

It was a pleasure to work with copy that didn’t need to follow a strict formula, because that freedom is part of who they are. Their team was authentic, thoughtful and genuinely enjoyable to work with. (And sampling their products was pretty fun, too!)" — Holly Buttura, Senior SEO Copywriter

Limelite Restoration

"Working with local small businesses like Limelite Restoration is a reminder that when you need a lifeline, a Vermonter will always answer the call. Summer and Grant are deeply passionate and intentional about the work they do. As a family-owned business, they wear their hearts on their sleeves and show up ready to work hard for their neighbors.

After 10 years of growing Limelite Restoration, a website refresh felt like a natural next step. Our goal was to honor the brand they’ve built while giving it a thoughtful facelift that feels welcoming, educational, and easy to navigate. Inclusivity was central to the process, inspired by Summer’s work with All Brains Belong. Grant’s knowledge in the restoration field helped shape content that empowers people with clear, trustworthy information. The result is a site that reflects who they are: reliable, compassionate, and always ready to help." — Kalei Harris, Website Developer and Designer

Love Burlington

"Working with Love Burlington has been one of the highlights of my work over the past few years. Every time we collaborate, it reinforces how powerful things can be when a community-focused organization truly practices what it stands for. Their support of local businesses, their love for Burlington, and their ability to bring people together feels genuine because it is.

As Love Burlington continues to grow, our work has focused on making sure their website evolves right alongside them. The goal has always been to keep things clear, approachable, and flexible enough to support new ideas as they come up. They are thoughtful, open to feedback, and great collaborators, which makes every project feel less like a task and more like a shared effort.

That ongoing trust and creative back-and-forth is why Love Burlington remains one of my favorite clients to work with. They care deeply about their community, and that care shows up in everything they do, including the work we build together." — Rob Liberty, Senior Designer & Developer

#7 - Crew Outings 🎲

In 2025, the Eternity team continued our mission of prioritizing connection within our team by getting together monthly for a combination of digital and in-person team events. Just like we believe it’s important to build relationships with the clients you work with, we also believe that it’s important to strengthen our own team's relationships with one another.

Our team events are chosen from a continuously growing list of things team members suggest and keep us on our toes with new fun things to do. It’s always a fantastic time to get together with everyone and just play together - It builds a strong community and trust among our team and allows us to function that much better when it comes to delivering the best service to our clients.

A Word From Shawna

"This year as part of our team events I got the pleasure of introducing the Eternity team to Minecraft. It was a wonderful opportunity to introduce such a creative group of people to one of my favorite games. Everyone had very different first experiences, some took off exploring, some immediately found they could spawn hordes of animals, some built houses. Handed the same game, the same instructions, they all had vastly different experiences. It really showcased how uniquely everyone on our team thinks and approaches things and I think it's one of the reasons our team works so well together.

Through every team event we do whether it's decorating cakes, enjoying a Spirit of Ethan Allen Cruise, or playing Trivia, we get a chance to learn more about how everyone thinks and works and it continues to strengthen our team. Plus it's a fun re-energizing way to spend some time together in-between projects." - Shawna Shortsleeve, Operations Specialist

One standout win came from a client who compared current performance to results from their previous agency and saw a clear difference. Since partnering with Eternity, key events increased by over 70%, new users jumped 170%, and engagement time surged more than 800%. The takeaway?
