Mike and Eternity guided us throughout the project, attending our status meetings, providing feedback on our content, and keeping us on track to ensure we met our aggressive deadline. The website was delivered as planned, looks great, and is easy to maintain by us. Eternity support is always quick to respond when we need them to do something. We're very pleased with the results. The process worked seamlessly, effortlessly, with ample opportunity to give feedback and make changes. Many of our patrons who are blind or visually impaired have complimented us on the accessibility of the site which was a critical design component for us.
